We offer both manual and automatic cutting. Our professional technical designers can handle even the most difficult materials. With manual pattern-making, perfect symmetry and precision can be achieved even for the finest of laces. It is also possible to carry out pattern-making with the weaving of a fabric repeat. Gerber’s automatic pattern-making program provides cutting precision, minimum internal losses, and speed. You can also get in touch with us if you already have a production site, but do not have the time nor the technical capacity for pattern-making, and if you wish to carry out lay-ups and trimming in an economical and environmentally friendly way. As a service, we also offer automatic layout with digital files of drawings as well as plotted and automatic routing.
